    The job profile involves overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of E-Commerce projects. They are responsible for managing the project's lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and timeline constraints. Key responsibilities

    • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define project requirements, objectives, scope, and deliverables. Create project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Project Execution: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders, to execute projects effectively. Monitor progress, track key metrics, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
    • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, business owners, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Manage expectations and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards and align with client expectations. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
    • Budget and Resource Management: Track project costs, prepare budgets, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated resources and financial constraints. Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency.
    • Adobe Commerce Enterprise Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of the Adobe Commerce Enterprise eCommerce platform and its capabilities. Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and features of Adobe Commerce Enterprise to provide guidance and recommendations to the team and clients.
    • Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Provide direction, support, and mentorship to ensure high productivity and engagement levels.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and other relevant records. Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and management.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality. Learn from project experiences and apply insights to future projects.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing Adobe Commerce Enterprise eCommerce projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of the Adobe Commerce Enterprise eCommerce platform and its ecosystem.
    • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
    • Good exposure to ECommerce projects Globally (multi-region / multi-country)
    • Experience with various ecommerce business models particularly 1st party commerce and marketplace models
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and identify suitable solutions.
    • Leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a must
