To meet the ever-increasing demands of our clients across the globe in terms of creativity and high-quality event design, VOK DAMS is launching a Creative Hub in Barcelona.

Serving all offices and entities in the VOK DAMS network, the multi-disciplinary team will consist of creative planners, event strategists, graphic designers, architects, and interior designers, thus offering all facets of creative production for events, from the initial conception phase to the execution of final artworks.

We are currently looking for a German speaking Senior Account Manager or Account Director to lead the Barcelona team.


Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Director and Creative Director of Barcelona for daily work
• Responsible for all administration work including attendance/ vocation statistics, stationery purchasing, new staff related work, assist in visa/admin support for foreign staff, management and maintenance for office equipment and storeroom
• Booking hotel and flight ticket for staffs
• Assist accountant in Germany and in China in finance coordination and account checking; especially with office daily cash payment, reimbursement of staff expenses and bank related works

Requirements:

• Spanish National with good English skills in reading, writing and speaking
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Office Manager in international company
• Proficient computer skills
• Keen interest in the events industry and already some working experience in an events industry related area will be a plus
• Good problem solving skills and a bright and energy attitude.
• Based in Barcelona
• Contractual period: longterm with a probation period of 2 months.

Competitive compensation.


Salary: 1,500.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month


Experience:
