Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the general management of the office
  • Provide technical support to the maintenance and reform processes of the building
  • General contact person for colleagues, cleaning service, property management, neighbors, business partners, and suppliers
  • Welcoming clients, new employees, and visitors into the office
  • Managing the telephone during business hours
  • Place orders that are necessary for the company or employees
  • Purchasing and replenishing office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies when necessary
  • Travel arrangements when needed
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication department of the company, helping to organize activities and teambuilding events
  • Helping the IT department with simple actions such as turning equipment on and off, laying cables and organizing them, etc.

Requirements:


  • Certificate of Disability as a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Willingness to work very flexible hours, including weekends and/or evenings when needed
  • Friendly, calm, and open personality
  • Strong communication, administration, and organization skills
  • Able to multitask and efficiently manage own responsibilities
  • Handling sensitive information with diligence and discretion
  • Working well within a team
  • Profound Spanish and English language skills, spoken and in writing
  • Eligible to work in Spain
  • Sound knowledge of
  • MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
