About the role

The mission of the
Office Manager is to deliver high levels of service in our facilities while crafting engaging experiences aligned with our culture.


Your missions
-
Manage Company rituals such as weekly All-hands, quarterly objective Kick-offs and more. These rituals are work marvelously towards building alignment in the overall team, giving us speed of execution to go further on our mission to empower independent hoteliers.

Onboarding of new hires:Every two weeks we welcome a batch of new team members who through two days of immersive training. Your role is to support them through these days and make sure they have everything up and running as soon as they arrive. First impression counts

Team Building: One of the core values at Amenitiz is We win as a Team. We are proud to group 26 different nationalities in our team an our office in Barcelona.

For these reason we invest heavily in Team Building activities which will be owned by you:


  • Monthly budget for Team Building (Boat ride, art & wine, pottery workshop, cooking your own paella, and much more)
  • Random experiences at the office. Surprise the team with Crepes, icecream, photo booths and much more
  • Parties We celebrate successes by doing 2 parties throughout the year.

Facilities: We are located in Aticco Urquinaona (Co-work). You will be responsible of maintaining our fantastic relationship with Aticco making sure maintenance is delivered and adapting our office layout as we scale. Help us have the office always looking nice, tidy and easy to use by every team member.

Purchases:Coordinate our supplies to make sure we have everything we need on time. Manage expenses and invoices with the Finance team.

Your profile

  • Passion for people, tech and fastpaced environments, you are looking to grow while making an impact.
  • Collaborative: This role works with an Office Management Assistant and collaborates with the whole of the People department.
  • A flexible mindset, excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks on a daily basis.
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
  • Ownership you are always willing to learn, you think outside the box and are not a
