    As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until order booking/invoicing and follow up in SAP.

    Your key responsibilities will be: Processing formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.

    Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functionsServing as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, logistics, Contract dept, collections to resolve customer inquiriesManaging and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirementsIdentifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to managementPerforming routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed proceduresQualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication in English, Spanish and Native Danish or NorwegianTime management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated customer service focusStrong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entryAbility to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicateStrong problem-solving skillsEmploying a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownershipMS Office experience with emphasis on Excel.
