We are looking for a Customer Service representative who will be responsible for ensuring proper coordination between Customer Service, Logistics, Technical Service and the customer, in order to deliver highest level of performance in product supplies and service to customers (on time and in a cost effective manner).


What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage orders, allocate product batch, process sales order in SAP and monitor the warehouse.
  • Organize Logistics for product delivery, shipments and transport followup.
  • Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Maintain communication with Customers/Sales Representatives in order to understand requirements and optimize service performance Business expansion, actively ensure CSR participation to any tender process and coordinate with appropriate department and followup.

  • You have experience in Customer Service
  • You speak fluent English and Italian.
  • You are used to working with SAP.
  • Desirable a degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Desirable experience in export and logistics.
  • You are customer oriented and have an analytical thinking.
  • You work in team.

Flexible schedule:
Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
