    Mission
    Build and implement a world class Athletes Marketing Strategy for Red Bull Spain that encompasses athlete detection, endorsement, management, development and marketing activation with the aim to give wings to Spain ́s top talent and their ideas.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Build & implement an effective Athlete management, development & marketing program.
    •Monitor and track overall athlete program performance.
    •Conceptualize and execute innovative and "sport-changing" athlete projects.
    •Deliver national and global impact through Red Bull Spain ́s athlete achievements and awe-inspiring athlete projects.
  • •Build & manage a rich, diverse, and high-performance driven roster of Spain ́s best athletes that have a natural brand-fit.
    •Individually assess and evaluate each managed athlete's career plan and professional progression.
    •Lead athlete endorsement negotiations and contractual signing of new talent.
  • •Create realistic performance parameters for each athlete through clear target setting, close monitoring, tracking and evaluating ongoing performance results.
    •Explore & capitalize on Red Bull ́s global talent network
    •Recognize/evaluate athlete performance challenges and propose productive solutions
  • •Support our athletes to deliver impact, gain local, national and international recognition through sportive performance and Red Bull Athlete Projects
    •Build a 360-activation plan for each athlete ́s, allowing for the amplification of our athletes ́ achievements.
    •Ensure the maximization of each athlete ́s marketing plan work closely Marketing Departments
    •Deliver custom branding solutions for each managed athlete Understand the dreams and aspiration of our athletes ... and make them a reality
  • Experience at least 10 years of previous work experience in sports industry, sports events, sports marketing and/or athlete management sectors.
  • Experience and expertise in dealing with athletes .
  • Proven track record of planning, organizational, and project management competencies.
  • Passionate about delivering engaging and memorable experiences.
  • University degree Marketing, PPRR or similar.
  • Spanish , Fluent in English, Valuable other languages
  • Leadership prior experience in managing talent both directly and indirectly, Strategic ability to build and implement strategy in line with business objectives, Innovative, Budget Management, Team player ability to collaborate and fully maximize potential through cross-functional cooperation with Red Bull Spain ́s Marketing departments (Media Network, Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, On Premise and Off Premise).
