Accounts Assistant, The river Lee Hotel 04/2021 – Present

As an Accounts Assistant I have performed different tasks. I started my position as an Income Auditor to then move to the AR area and to a more managerial side of hospitality finance. I am also in charge of training when a new member joins the team.

•Month end closing: journals posting, accounts review, stock take and cash floats control…

•Assist the Financial Controller with weekly forecast.

•Balance Sheet reconciliation.

•Accounts receivable: credit control, cash collection, accounts set up, customer billing.

•Assist with the accounts payable and income audit functions

•Investigate all variances in a timely manner, supplying back up and reasoning.

•Income Auditor functions: Daily credit card and cash reconciliations, Internal auditing of internal cash control procedures, production of sales reports, control of A&P accounts…

 

 

Sales Operations Analyst, Dell EMC 06/2019 – 04/2021

The Renewals Quoting team validates and creates on-time and accurate maintenance contract quotes to assist the Renewal Sales organisation to sell maintenance renewal contracts. Our team works on delivering an average $3.6B in revenue each year.

•Producing accurate maintenance quotes for Dell EMC customers.

•Produce end to end presales maintenance quotes for Commercial and Enterprise Storage customers.

•Liaise with the Dell EMC Renewal Sales organisation to ensure accurate product information flow.

•Support the internal sales booking team to ensure that booked PO’s are compliant.

•Quality check all sales quotes before delivery to the sales teams.

•Meet quarterly productivity and quality goals. As a result, I have been the top performer employee on my team 4 out of 5 quarters.

Alongside this I was involved in the mentoring and upskilling of employees within the Renewal UK&I quoting team.
