- Active work with Customers coming out of Sales lists, and other sources/ search for new Customers.
- Establishing and maintaining a plan of meetings with the Customers.
- CRM maintenance, registration and closing of requests in internal systems.
- Attraction (reanimation) of new Customers, retention and development of Customers.
- Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements.
- Tender work (pre-tender preparations; follow up on tasks implementation in the context of the tender holding; interaction with tender specialists and operative employees).
- Evaluation of Customer satisfaction.
- Experience with selling FTL services in the freight forwarding industry (Spanish market);
- Experience with FCL transportation will be an additional advantage;
- Deep knowledge of the processes of international transportation;
- Knowledge of English (B2) - obligatory (for the possibility to communicate inside the company);
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;
- Proactivity and responsibility;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
