    Customer Service Order Management Specialist Responsibilities:
    • Process and monitor customer orders, troubleshoot delivery issues, and strive for continuous improvement in On Time Delivery
    • Handle customer complaints, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues
    • Manage invoice processing, credit notes, and resolve disputes in coordination with Accounts Receivable
    • Demonstrate dedication to resolving customer concerns, addressing order inquiries promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with other departments like Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Tech Service to maintain strong teamwork focused on improving customer satisfaction
    • Answer phone calls, manage incoming correspondence, and redirect as necessary
    Essential Job Requirements:
    • Prior experience in Order Management
    • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, CRM systems, and MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Fluency in French and English, plus an additional European language like Italian, Dutch, or German
    Travel: Minimum 10% travel required, potentially regional and international
