We are looking for a
Point of Care (POC) Field Sales Representative who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.
Main responsibilities:
- Active development of customer relations in the geographical area of Barcelona and Madrid being focused on the public and private APOC (Acute Point of Care) segment.
- Promotion and sale of Point of Care (POC) product portfolio in the APOC segment (Acute Point of Care)
- Generate longterm partnerships with clients defined by the Sysmex sales strategy and policies in the specific geographic areas.
- Be responsible for registering the reagents in purchases and sending the FOC of the equipment if necessary.
- Develop together with clients the ideal format / solutions according to their needs (scientific support).
- Act as a main representative related to formats/solutions, making use of all the necessary Sysmex resources, always respecting Sysmex compliance and the FENIN code of ethics.
- Develop sales strategies together with the Strategic Business Development Manager.
- Be responsible for the sales budget (net sales, sales price) and prepare the sales forecast of their area of influence in the CRM (Sales Funnel / Forecast).
- Generate and manage the OGP sales process (OTC order tracking and billing).
- Participate in exhibitions and events to promote the company ́s equipment.
- Study the market, competitors and client evolution inform the Strategic Business Development Manager about market trends.
- Continuously update the CRM, analyzing product/market with product specialists.
- University degree or equivalent in bioscience.
- Technical knowledge of IVD products/Industry.
- Indispensable experience in hospital sales and PoC products.
- Experience in sales in ICUs, Emergencies, Geriatrics.
- IT knowledge: MS Office, (CRM), management programs.
- Languages: fluent English
