Marketing Automation & Content EMEA:

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Digital Sales Hub located in Barcelona. This person will be in charge of leading and executing our marketing automation projects internationally.

This position holder is responsible for developing inbound marketing campaigns in alignment with our EMEA sales organizations, implementing them throughout EMEA on our Marketing Automation platform as well as monitoring and optimizing them to increase business opportunities and sales turnover.

Directly reporting to Head of Online Business EMEA the main functions of the position are:

  • Implement local, regional and global campaigns on our Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua).
  • Continuously monitor the campaigns and, based on the data analysis, optimise the content to increase conversion rate and sales
  • Cooperate closely with the global campaign managers and the MarCom teams of our sales organizations as well as the data analysts.
  • Develop inbound marketing campaigns and create content tailored to the needs of the Sales Region EMEA, with focus on generating leads and increasing turnover as well as gaining new and reactivating existing customers.
  • Coordinate the development of campaigns and content across several EMEA countries and act as the project leader.

Requirements:


  • Degree in digital marketing, ecommerce or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of online marketing instruments and inbound campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B online marketing and ebusiness with successfully managed campaigns in a multichannel environment.
  • Good understanding of B2B Personas and (digital) customer journey.
  • First experience with a marketing automation solution and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment and scoring.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive and implement actions from the analysis.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to drive multicountry projects successfully.
  • Learns quickly and likes to be up to date on current trends in marketing automation and online marketing.
  • Used to work independently and selfmotivated and likes to take on responsibility.
  • Good communication skills and team player in international teams.
  • Language: fluent in English is a must (verbal and written), additional languages preferable.
  • Experience in Automation Industry is a plus.
