- Configurar y personalizar Dynamics 365 Customer Service según los requisitos funcionales, utilizando las herramientas y las opciones disponibles.
- Integrar Dynamics 365 Customer Service con otros sistemas y aplicaciones, como el portal web, el chatbot, el correo electrónico, el teléfono, las redes sociales, etc.
- Realizar pruebas de calidad y de rendimiento de las soluciones implementadas y resolver los posibles errores o incidencias.
- Capacitar y asesorar a los usuarios finales sobre el uso y las mejores prácticas de Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Brindar soporte técnico y funcional a los clientes durante y después de la puesta en marcha de las soluciones.
- Entender e interpretar los requisitos del cliente.
- Conocer las funcionalidades de la herramienta y saber "traducir" los requisitos funcionales a requisitos técnicos.
- Conocimiento de las herramientas y los lenguajes de configuración, personalización e integración de Dynamics 365 Customer Service, como Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot, Copilot Studio, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Conocimiento profundo de las funcionalidades, las características y las posibilidades de Dynamics 365 Customer Service y de las otras aplicaciones de la familia Dynamics 365.
- Conocimiento de los principios y las metodologías de gestión de proyectos, de procesos de negocio y de análisis de requisitos.
- Conocer cómo se integran los productos con el resto de sistemas de la arquitectura de un cliente.
- Saber configurar la herramienta de forma declarativa
