- Análisis de requisitos y procesos de negocio del cliente.
- Desarrollo de soluciones sobre Dynamics 365 CE&PP. (Analizar con Power BI, Actuar con Power Apps y Automatizar los procesos con Power Automate)
- Elaboración del diseño funcional y diseño de pruebas,
- Formación sobre el uso de la herramienta al usuario final y soporte.
- Formación académica: Ingenierías o carreras bussines.
- Conocimiento funcional de los procesos estándares de la solución en Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Field Services.
- Conocimiento de la Power Platform en servicios como Power Automate y Power App y experiencia específica en levantamiento de requerimientos (funcional) de la solución y poder llevar a cabo configuraciones de entidades, formularios y business process workflows.
- El candidato deberá de ser una persona responsable, organizada y con gran orientación al cliente, a la resolución de problemas por este planteados y al objetivo de la satisfacción del mismo.
- Deseable: Certificación en entornos Microsoft Dynamics, metodologías de gestión e implantación de proyectos.

Dado nuestro crecimiento, en ARBENTIA precisamos incorporar un/a Consultor/a Funcional Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform con experiencia de al menos 4-5 años en consultoría.
