Posición: Consultor senior en Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Experiencia: > 5 años
Requerimientos imprescindibles:
-Conocimiento funcional de los procesos de negocio en: Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Field Services
-Experiencia demostrable en las últimas versiones de Dynamics 365 online, al menos 2 proyectos completos de implementación en clientes.
-Conocimientos técnicos necesarios para la adaptación de la solución estándar a requerimientos de clientes: Plugins, flows, JS/HTML/CSS
-Conocimientos y experiencia en el ciclo de vida completo de una solución (ALM): Ideación, diseño, implementación, despliegue, soporte, formación
-Conocimiento y experiencia en metodologías Agiles: Scrum, Kanban y versión SureStep de Microsoft.
-Conocimientos y experiencia en integraciones híbridas con otros sistemas y soluciones: ClickDimensions, Kingsway Soft, Azure Data Gateway, Azure Data Factory, CTI
-Nivel de inglés leído, hablado y escrito: competencia media-avanzada ( B1)
-Skills de comunicación en público: Demos, eventos, presentaciones a clientes.
-Experiencia en procesos de preventa: Presentaciones y demos.
Requerimientos deseados:
-Conocimiento y experiencia en desarrollo de soluciones Power Platform: Power Automate, Portal, Power Apps
-Conocimiento funcional de los procesos estándares de la solución de Field Services.
-Conocimiento técnico y funcional de otras soluciones de Dynamics 365: F&O, Business Central, Nav
-Nivel de inglés leído, hablado y escrito: competencia profesional completa (B2 o superior)
-100% autónomo en procesos de preventa: Preparación de presentaciones y entornos demo
-Residencia en Madrid.
-Disponibilidad de referencias.
