    Description :

    In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and / or services.

    We're on the lookout for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor (On-site) to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry.

    What you will do in this role

    As a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will :

    • Support some of the clients' products / services including wifi, laptops and wearables through email, phone and chat channels
    • Maintain client relationships through product support and troubleshooting
    • Respond to incoming calls, email and from end users
    • Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing tool
    • Gather information from customers and advise on Google policies.

    Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you :

    • Have a proficient or bilingual level of German, and advanced level of English
    • Have familiarity / aptitude with networks (Proxy Settings, Routers, Internet Modems, Ethernet), Android Operating Systems and Online Apps
    • Have proficient PC skills
    • Are a team player and a quick learner
    • Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)

    It will be a plus if you have :

    • Six months or more experience in front-line technical customer service role
    • Associate degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferred
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems is preferred but not necessary
