- Proficiency in both written and spoken Flemish, crucial for daily interactions with local customers and DeLijn.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a Contact Center environment.
- Independent, quick learner, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and working well under pressure.
- Starting date: May 2024.
- Contract: Permanent (1-month probation).
- Salary: 25.000€ gross per year.
- Working hours: Full Time - rotating schedule covering Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm.
- Work Model: Hybrid setup.
