    In this role, you'll work across different support functions to define the end-to-end activity leading to the right customer solution. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

    We're seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor (On-site) to join our team of game-changers who interact with customers from diverse industries like tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or other cutting-edge sectors.

    What you will do in this role

    As a Technical Support Advisor, you will:

    • Provide expert support to resolve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems for customers
    • Initiate an onsite interaction (parts and/or FSE dispatch) if the issue cannot be resolved remotely
    • Keep customers informed of their case status
    • Document case history and customer interactions using SW (CRM) for proper handover
    • Support the Knowledge Management System (KMS) to share knowledge within the organization
    • Assist Care Center Agents and Customers on product features, specifications, parts info, and technical aspects
    • Support Field Service Engineers during onsite troubleshooting when needed

    Concentrix is a great match if you:

    • Are proficient in German and have an advanced level of English
    • Possess a strong technical background with a bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering
    • Can collaborate in a diverse environment
    • Have excellent organizational skills and can prioritize work effectively

    It would be beneficial if you have:

    • Experience in customer-facing roles
    • Knowledge of Graphics Arts products and related technologies
    • Ability to read electrical/electronic diagrams
    • Experience in Additive Manufacturing technology and 3D Modeling Software
