    Join our Team - Customer Support Advisors

    Our Client is leveraging technology to revolutionize transportation worldwide. With ambitious objectives ranging from enhancing individual commutes to reducing the global environmental impact, we aim high. Operating a micro mobility service in Flanders, Belgium, for DeLijn, the Flemish public transport operator, Via is at the forefront of innovative transportation solutions.

    What you'll be doing?

    • Ensure seamless daily operation of services through telephone and email customer interactions.
    • Prioritize customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in every interaction.
    • Provide timely support to drivers and passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
    • Aim for quick resolution of driver and passenger queries, following internal protocols.
    • Demonstrate a profound understanding of Via and its core values.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in both written & spoken Flemish to engage with local customers in Flanders, Belgium.
    • Clear communication skills in English, coupled with relevant experience in customer service.
    • Autonomous and quick to learn, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and adept at building rapport.
    • Well-organized, capable of handling pressure, and remaining composed in challenging situations.

    Company Benefits

    • Starting date: May 2024.
    • Contract: Permanent (1-month probation).
    • Salary: 25,000€ gross per year.
    • Working hours: Full Time (39 hours per week) with a rotating schedule.
    • Work Model: Hybrid.

    • Location: Barcelona, Spain.
