    Funciones y responsabilidades

    Supervisión de adaptación de la identidad de marca Repsol en ámbito cliente (B2C) , garantizando coherencia de marca y adecuación a necesidades.

    Priorización de los principales puntos de contacto del ámbito cliente (B2C) para impulsar percepción de marca.

    Coordinación, planteamiento y desarrollo de la declinación y evoluciones de la identidad visual en los diferentes puntos de contacto de la marca en ámbito Cliente (Estaciones de Servcio, Electricidad y Gas, GLP y Lubricantes)

    Declinación de la estrategia de Arquitectura de Marca al ámbito cliente.

    Desarrollo (estrategia y planteamiento de diseño) de nuevas submarcas, marcas independientes o derivadas de joint ventures en ámbito cliente (B2C), de acuerdo con la arquitectura de marca y los criterios definidos.

    Coordinación con el equipo de Marca para los elementos básicos de identidad y de UX para la dimensión digital aplicados al ámbito de cliente (B2C)

    Seguimiento evolución KPIs de marca en ámbito cliente (B2C) junto con equipo de Insights y Analitics

    Identificación de oportunidades y planteamiento y desarrollo de líneas de implementación de marca adicionales en coordinación con el equipo de marca en el ámbito cliente (B2C)

    Requisitos necesarios

    Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño del paquete Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) y Figma

    6+ años de experiencia demostrable trabajando en proyectos de diseño e implementación de marca en Consultora de Branding y/o departamentos corporativos

    Competencias y Habilidades

    Gran capacidad para la conceptualización, el diseño, la manualización y coordinación de la implementación de elementos de identidad visual de marca

    Conocimientos avanzados de branding (plataformas de marca, arquitectura de marca, identidad visual y verbal, manualización e implementación) con foco en la disciplina de diseño gráfico

    Visión estratégica y creativa con orientación al crecimiento de marca y negocio

    Capacidad "evangelizadora" sobre la importancia de la marca

    Capacidad organizativa y de planificación con identificación de prioridades en la gestión de proyectos y/o procesos

    Pensamiento crítico

    Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de grandes marcas, con foco en industrias como Energía, Banca, Seguros, Movilidad o Tecnología

    Conocimiento previo o interés por la marca Repsol y sus dimensiones

    Conocimiento de proveedores de Diseño e Implementación, y capacidad para el trato diario con los mismos
