To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management for an e-commerce or fashion brand
  • Proficient in social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns for ecommerce/fashion brands
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and able to use data to optimize social media performance
  • Experience in collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of the ecommerce industry and the fashion market
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes in social media trends and algorithms.
