About the Creative Manager Manager Position:


Responsibilities:

• Experienced graphic designer who leads creative development.
• Effectively manage the creative & marketing teams, including allocation, prioritization, deadlines, and accountability.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on tight deadlines.
• Serves as key owner of the creation and execution of brand guidelines, and ensures guidelines are consistently delivered across multiple customer touchpoints.
• Work with other functional groups such as HR, Education and Ecommerce to support their communication and design needs.
• Maintain quality and brand standards on all marketing communications.
• Help ideate and develop innovative design solutions for graphic/marketing across the entire business. Evolve the brand and enhance the instore and online experiences.
• Develop comprehensive concepts that consider the customer, marketing strategies and feasibility

Requirements:

• Master's degree preferably in graphic design, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Experience with tourism industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (PS, ID, AI)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related languages.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through. Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment can be scrappy, creative, and resourceful while also building structure and process.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional team members to meet objectives.
• Ability to think creatively and critically as an individual while working effectively with a team.
• Comfort working in a fastpaced, constantly changing environment.

**Fluency in English is a MUST to be considered for this position.
