Purpose Of Role

You will lead design teams in order to give shape to some of the biggest and best brands worldwide, being accountable for design and creative process quality, acting as a role model for both design and strategy teams.


You know how to work with people and how maintain a good working environment.


You are a compelling storyteller and a brilliant designer. You are flexible and willing to direct the development of concepts across strategy, copy and design, inspiring others to think laterally in order to evolve big ideas. You encourage cutting edge creativity and inspire teams to go beyond current trends.


You enjoy interacting, presenting and workshopping with clients. You're confident and able to develop positive client relationships.


You take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring work gets delivered not just to a high standard, but also on time.


You build the culture you want to be working in. Looking for new ways to improve the way we work, interact and develop as a consultancy.


You are commercial savvy, informing proposals, project plans and detecting growth opportunities with existing client relationships or new ones.


You like to develop talent, hiring, training and managing the development of the creative team.


You like to direct the marketing of our work and case studies for projects.


You are passionate, optimistic, proactive, constructive, self-motivated, collaborative, organized, friendly and welcoming, willing to work on anything and help others.

Requirements:


Proven experience creating effective creative work, directing teams to deliver projects for international clients.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish). Our client portfolio spans between three continents, so additional languages are a plus.


Inspiring portfolio full of quality work that demonstrates conceptual, crafted and unique work. If it inspires, shows versatility, experimentation, system thinking and high energy, you are probably the person we want to meet.


A leader across teams, cultures and clients. Being a natural collaborator, confident and friendly, at ease running multidisciplinary teams, running interviews and workshops with both C-Suite clients and junior members of the team, bringing enthusiasm and energy to all stages of our projects.


An interest and understanding of different media and channels creating and getting the most out of different touchpoints and interactions, digital or physical, connecting the dots not from what can be done, but what should be done for brands to better engage with its audiences. You should be questioning how big can be great and what opportunities can be enhanced by creativity and design.


Efficient and passionate. Able to judge several tasks and prioritize work-streams, delegating effectively but always hungry to go beyond, discovering new tool and processes or developing your own. Design and branding are part of who you are and define yourself beyond work.
