    About the team

    The Brand and Marketing Creative team at Stripe is involved in various brand-focused projects, covering brand standards, campaigns, events, IRL experiences, packaging, digital products, and printed publications. The team's experiential designers have a multidisciplinary approach, capable of designing not only visually but also creating immersive and multisensory experiences that emphasize brand and product narratives.

    Collaborating internally at Stripe and with external partners, we elevate the quality and consistency of experiences representing the Stripe brand in the physical world, virtually, and beyond. We develop the creative vision and strategy for diverse projects and audiences, spreading them across different mediums, channels, objects, and environments, encompassing digital and physical experiences.

    What you'll do

    Join a growing design team with a focus on creating experiences for both internal and external events, as well as enhancing Stripe's offices.

    Responsibilities

    • Ideate, design, and produce top-notch design solutions for various events, internal and external.
    • Work on a wide range of mediums (physical, digital, and more) and experiences (immersive storytelling, environmental design, custom swag, etc.) to bring to life Stripe's brand and products.
    • Strengthen Stripe's brand by developing visual identity and design systems for events and environments.
    • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners to engage a global audience.
    • Offer art direction and ongoing guidance for creative strategy and production with external partners.

    Who you are

    We are seeking individuals who meet the minimum requirements for the role, with preferred qualifications considered a bonus.

    • 6+ years of relevant design and art direction experience in technical and product-centric companies.
    • Experience in virtual, large-scale conferences, trade shows, and IRL experiences for prominent brands.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver work independently and influence other designers, contractors, and agencies.
    • Strong strategic acumen in building leading brands within a fast-paced global environment.
    • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Microsoft Office products.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Skilled in various mediums and crafts, including new technologies.
    • Proficient at building and extending design systems through experiential mediums.
    • Effective in explaining work, process, and decisions while collaborating with stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and presentation skills with excellence in communication.
    • Passionate about mentoring and learning from other designers while fostering collaboration.
    • Experience in collaboration and facilitation with cross-functional partners.

    A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles or more from one of our offices. While you are welcome to attend on-site meetings or events, the expectation is that you will primarily work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover relocation costs for remote locations. We encourage applicants to consider roles aligned with their current or planned location.

    The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €68,000 - €102,000, which may vary for hires in other locations. Additional details about compensation and benefits tailored to the candidate's location will be discussed during the interview process.
