AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

The project

Key within this role is to defining the styling direction for Hackett brand on how the products need to be styled across specific product categories and special projects.
The position has continuous interaction with all other corporate teams and provides the creativity for both internal and external communication.
Work crossfunctionally with Product Marketing & Media teams to develop native editorial content projects from concept review to asset review.
The role will create and maintain a brand image to convey exactly the company's needs.
The position will oversee layout (artwork, design and photography) giving instructions

based in an extensive fashion background experience.

This position is responsible for developing a team of junior stylists, inspiring and motivating them in delivering groundbreaking results.

Main responsabilities

Deciding on story ideas and themes, along with the Head of Creative, to meet audience preferences.
Elaborate mood boards including creative direction, casting, briefing, edition, shooting direction, location for special shoots and work together with suppliers, retouching agencies, freelance photographers and freelance professionals.
Fashion Consulting focused on menswear trends, tailoring and modernclassic lifestyle and affordable luxury brands.
Art direction of the creativity made by our suppliers.
Continuously search for latest fashion trends, styling and websites to stay ahead of

competitors.

Attend styling meetings, designer training sessions and designer clinics.
Lead the photo shooting working together with photographers, makeup artist, models, set designer and any other member of the team.
Approve what is shot daily on the model, calling any reshoots highlighting areas for

improvement, ensuring the outfits are on-brand, on-trend and reflecting the tone of
voice.

Maintain highquality imagery, ensuring we are pushing the boundaries across all of our model shots.
Giving retouching instructions to freelance retouchers.
Support in the realization of online and offline graphic projects.
Meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Building relationships with fashion designers and other related professionals.

Requirements of the position

Development of creative content with a business perspective.
An extensive portfolio of fashionrelated work.
International working experience is highly desired.
Relevant experience as fashion stylist, creative, art director.
Knowledge of ecommerce tools and projects.
Experience in working with big teams and in training junior members.

Skills:

Strong editing skills with an excellent portfolio.
Excellent visualization skills to be able to bring ideas to reality.
Hands on experience with MS Office, Capture One, InDesign, Photoshop or other publishing tools.
Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and of current/emerging e

- commerce industry best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Passionate about exceeding corporate's goals, driving business results and going the extra mile in the daily work.
Creativity and with high attention to detail with demonstrated ability to care for multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Ability to handle long hours and tight deadlines; ability to cope with stress in a fast
