    ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

    Si eres la persona seleccionada, tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades;

  • Establecer y planificar presupuestos de ventas de cada país.
  • Definir políticas comerciales con el fin de maximizar las ventas, en línea con los objetivos definidos.
  • Gestionar la red equilibrando las oportunidades y las necesidades de los diferentes territorios.
  • Realizar previsiones de ventas mensuales.
  • Servir de enlace con los responsables de los centros comerciales (como El Corte Ingles).
  • Estudiar el mercado, la oferta y a los competidores; conocer las tendencias de consumo y el producto propio.
  • Colaborar con la división de Real Estate para definir aperturas/cierres y evaluar las renovaciones de contratos.
  • Orientar a los District Manager, fomentando su compromiso, formación y crecimiento.
  • Actuar de enlace entre la red de ventas y los diferentes departamentos de los Head Quarters. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

    Si eres la persona seleccionada, tendrás que cumplir los siguientes requisitos;

  • Deberás tener una Licenciatura, preferiblemente en Economía o ADE.
  • Se requiere experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en un puesto similar en empresas minoristas.
  • Perfil analítico y con facilidad numérica.
  • Fuerte orientación a las personas y grandes capacidades para el liderazgo de equipos.
  • Orientación a resultados, flexibilidad y excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
  • Derberás ser resolutivo/a.
  • Nivel de inglés alto, tanto hablado como escrito. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
