My name is Carolina Ochoa and I am 35 years old. I have recently moved to Barcelona and I am actively looking for new job opportunities in prestigious hotels.

Considering my education, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management at the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I present myself as a hotel professional with a strong focus on team management and improvement.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a Housekeeping Manager in high-level hotels and in a private hospital. It is important to highlight that I have always been good at working under pressure, and I definitely became better at it while I was working at the hospital when the COVID 19 pandemic started.
Some of my main job duties have included making room and common area inspections, coordinating laundry, training employees, planning staff schedules, improving guest and employee satisfaction, controlling stock daily, taking inventory monthly, writing procedure manuals, analyzing strategies and proposals in order to achieve business goals, among others.
Regarding languages, Spanish is my mother tongue and I am fluent in English and Italian. I have been speaking these languages for more than 15 years, so I have been successful at communicating with people from around the world in my different positions.
I consider myself a woman who is highly motivated by challenges and continuous learning because I always seek to gain new skills and expertise to grow professionally and personally every single day.
