Supply Chain Manager Iberia

LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner improving people's lives around the world - and that is why we need you.

As the Supply Chain Manager for Iberia, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of EU Key Markets and North America and have the responsibility to work within the business to identify the needs and challenges of our 3 local business units across all therapeutical areas.

You will do this by delivering excellent professional services within supply chain making sure that LEO Pharma products are available for patients in Iberia, considering:

excellence in demand planning and forecasting, optimized local inventory policies, proactive mitigation of productions/supply risk situations and demand management to ensure efficient production planning.

You will serve as liaison between commercial, supply chain/logistics, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and other relevant stakeholders by facilitating the local and global IBP cycle and ensure strong collaboration with LEO production sites, 3PLs/Wholesalers, and the Global Logistics Team.

Your role

Operations

Demand planning and forecasting through monthly demand review and IBP cycle to ensure both volume and value are aligned across commercial, finance and production
Coordinate orders and shipments with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure valid and timely supply/demand control.
Insure adherence to inventory policy, high forecast accuracy and proactive mitigation of supply risks.
Support and coordinating of successful launch of new products with no Supply Chain interruptions
Point of contact between global/local supply chain, customers, commercial, regulatory, and other key departments in HQ in Denmark
Take part in supply chain related strategic initiatives / projects such as portfolio optimization, launch preparations and SKU Life Cycle Management
Develop local strategy for the future of Supply Chain in Iberia

Prepare and maintain overview and documentation of the processes and procedures for importing, storing and distributing LEO products.
Support management with information regarding gross sales, local sales, orders, and discounts.
GDP key supply chain responsibilities such as audits and communication with health authorities
Comply with LEO policies and guidelines.

Support Senior Management with on demand reports and analysis
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

Graduate degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Logistics
Spanish language skills on a native level + fluent English are a must
35 years of working experience demonstrating a high level of supply chain and business understanding.
Pharma experience is a benefit including knowledge of local regulations or other highly regulated industries.
Experience working in SAP and IBP is a requirement.

Analytical skills

Usings formulas and computations to evaluate complex numerical information quickly, including the spotting of inconsistencies and trends.
Finance knowledge: including budget involvement experience, finance analysis, reporting and performance vs KPIs.
