As a respected Client Success Specialist , use your high energy and social skills to partner with our customers to help them achieve maximum benefit from Ecolab's products. As a team, we strive to exceed our objectives to help drive greater customer satisfaction.

    Job Characteristics: Professionals to play a critical role in developing meaningful client partnerships and revenue generating growth opportunities. Manage all aspects of a small number of client accounts including new client setup and project management. This role is the link between our customers and our inner stakeholders and aims to provide fast and reliable communications between both actors.

    What You Will Do:

  • Handling all calls in a prompt and courteous manner
  • The role requires certain knowledge of data analysis, mainly regarding the usage of excel spreadsheets and various documents.
  • This role will attend calls from clients in North America or Europe and is able to summarize client needs towards our services and specialists
  • The person chosen for this role will be able to handle high volume of emails, calls and communications in a flexible environment. Some degree of project management is preferred, and fluent English is required.

  • Maintaining working knowledge of products, accounts, Ecolab representatives, tools and dispensing systems.
  • Complete a call on screen accurately while speaking with the customer.
  • Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff
  • Problem solving skills aiming to solve multiple issues on a weekly basis.
  • Minimum Qualifications: ​

  • Degree and minimum of two years of customer service experience in retail, restaurant, call center or professional business environment.
  • Fluent english required, spanish preferred.
  • Data analysis preferred.
  • Daily use of excel and office package.
  • The role is based in Spain and is fully remote.
