- Interface with customer. Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality responsibility to initiate planning and problem solving procedures to ensure continuous improvement in the quality department for their clients.
- Responsible for assuring that containment of non-conforming product occurs and procedures are followed.
- Perform product and process audits to ensure the standards KPI's day to day lead and design new service screening tools focusing customer expectations.
- Assure a timely response to customer complaints.
- Develop and document procedures to assure a timely response for processing of customer returns and corrective action.
- Quality Accept/reject production material. Stop a production process when non-conformity has been detected.
