- Responsible for overall running and workflow of the team, making sure everyone knows what they’re doing and is doing it
- Operating as the main point of contact for the strategic accounts’ stakeholders

- Strategic input in digital projects for designated account.
- Responsible for post production workflow once footage has been delivered 
- Monitoring and auditing of Social Media strategies for current clients, as part of the continuous optimization process.
- Responsible for setting timeline & deliveries and communicating this to client & internal team 
- Input in the creation of workflows and development of organizational charts for teams and new projects.
- Responsible for day-to-day client comms
- Invested in ensuring a high-performance team and product aligned to a common purpose.
- Responsible for updating status sheet daily 
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with FIFA.
