I am a creative person passionate about people and teamwork, yet also capable of using my own initiative when needed to organize and structure data. My passion for customer service made me realize the importance of maintaining a motivated team to achieve quality and business excellence. I aim to grow personally and professionally in the hospitality industry while using all the opportunities I may have.

I've been working since I was 16 years old, mainly as a waitress in restaurants, hotels, cocktail bars, and events. Yet, currently, I am looking to grow professionally and learn from other hotel departments. My main interest is in the Human Resources department, even though I wouldn't mind having experience in the Front Desk department of an inspiring hotel. 

After graduating from high school, I moved to Barcelona city and started a bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality, specializing in Hospitality management, which I am still taking. However, I am graduating in May 2023, and next year I am planning to do a master's degree or specialization course about people analytics and digital innovation applied to Human Resources.
