    Vision RT is a fast-growing MedTech company revolutionizing radiation therapy.     About the role

    We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering first-class service to our customers, involving installations, diagnosing and troubleshooting PC's (Windows), software, network, and hardware problems.

    This position is a field role, requiring extensive travel (70-80% of the time) to different hospitals in Madrid & Eastern Spain, with up to 2-3 nights away and occasional weekends. Additionally, there may be occasions when travel to other areas within Europe

    Key Responsibilities will include:
    • Install, support, and maintain Vision RT product range.
    • Perform site surveys ensuring all aspects of installation requirements are met in line with Vision RT processes and procedures.
    • Provide reactive breakdown support (remote and on site).
    • Provide planned maintenance/ upgrade support (remote and on site).
    • Plan and perform installations in line with Vision RT installation processes & procedures.
    • Liaise with customers and our installers.
    Essential Skills & Experience
    • Technically qualified experienced field engineer
    • Hardware Diagnostic experience.
    • Excellent knowledge and PC hardware skills including replacing PC components.
    • Windows 10 and Windows 7; Registry editing; TCP IP Networking; Windows Updates; Com Ports; Firewalls; OS Upgrades; using Windows Images.
    • Troubleshooting utilising Event Viewer; Error Logs; Debug etc.
    • Overview knowledge of firewalls and configuration.
    • Ability to work independently and part of a cross functional teams.
    • Fluent Spanish and business level and/or fluent English
    Desirable skills & experience
    • SQL
    • Medical Devices, ideally Medical Imaging or Radiotherapy
