  • Start-up of the company in Spain from scratch. Elaboration of Business Plan. Search for investment partners. Organizational structure definition. Team selection reaching 60+
  • Definition of the marketing strategy by differentiating a branding phase to make the new brand known and then moving on to a performance phase focused on the achievement of the enrolment objectives.
  • Briefing preparation, analysis, and selection of marketing agency
  • Positioning the brand in the market as one of the leaders in education in a short period of time through the combination of a PR strategy and campaigns.
