Working as a Field Support Engineer (Iberia) at Signify is dynamic. You'll be responsible for delivering service procedure to customers aligning with global service standards and processes. We're looking for a Field Support Engineer who'll be responsible for delivering service procedure to customers aligning with global service standards and processes.
You'll be part of the Signify Iberia Customer Support Department and its responsibilities are delivering service procedure to customers aligning with global service standards and processes, so delivering high quality customer support must be in your DNA.
What you'll do- Ensures timely and correct execution of Service obligations in accordance with the contracts.
- Drives feedback loops towards Systems & Service Centers/BG and monitors (remotely) systems at customer locations and act on deviations.
- Proposes additional Services as required through maintaining intimate customer relationship like provides special / custom training to customers upon request
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Telecommunications / Computer Sciences or Masters in Technology
- Experience working on knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance
- Strong Customer focus and empathetic listening approach
- Delivers on commitments and possesses strong learning agility
- Fluent in English, Spoken, Written Comprehension
