- Process KYC documents and answer KYC related customer inquiries via emails.
- Maintain quality control for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation (Ex: Passports, IDs and Bank Statements).
- Manage daily tasks/priorities, monitor the progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Work in a fast-paced B2B environment, where you will be given the opportunity to upskill yourself in the KYC and Payments area, alongside some customer service aspects.
- Maintaining a high level of quality with an eye for detail.
- Communicating both written and verbally in English.
- Keeping yourself motivated. You have a hunger to learn and develop.
- Communicating clearly with the team and with other stakeholders across the business.
- Taking initiative and working independently.
- Prioritizing and organising your work tasks efficiently.
- Being flexible - as you will be required to work shifts. (namely morning and evening)
