Our beautiful office is located at the best address in the centre of Golden mile. You will work together with our team of Real Estate Agents, our exceptional in-house Photographer and Office Manager. If you wish, the sky is the limit


Job Type:
Full Time


Main Responsibilities:


  • Knowledge of
    Costa del Sol in order to list properties
  • Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place
  • Manage client relationship giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Edward & Partners
  • Business development in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list, network activities, etc
  • Keep our property portfolio on CRM updated, including new developments.

Requirements:


  • Previous commercial experience
  • Interest in real estate, legal and financial concepts, and processes
-
English & Spanish speaker - native level is a MUST. Other languages are definitely a plus

  • Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, selfmotivation and drive to achieve top results
  • Financially and resultsoriented and able to work in an international team
  • Proactive with a 'cando' attitude
  • Organised, prepared to work flexible hours and a handson person
  • Outstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients
