We're looking for a determined rental agent to join our experienced (and humorous) team of real estate professionals

The rental agent will be responsible for managing the rental process for residential properties on the Costa del Sol, including property viewings, negotiations, and lease agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and provide them with information about the property and its features
• Negotiate agreements and rental terms with tenants on behalf of the owners
• Assist owners in setting rental rates based on market trends and property features
• Manage tenant movein and moveout procedures
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of rental transactions and tenant information
• Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants throughout the rental process

Requirements:

• Experience from the industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the Marbella rental market and local rental regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Preferably already located in Marbella
• Fluency in English (Spanish skills are a plus)

Compensation:

• Salary range: €2,000 €8,000 per month
• Commission based on completed rentals

Salary: 2,000.00€ - 8,000.00€ per month
