What do you have to offer?

All round passion in:

Have experience as (Small & Medium Enterprise) Application Service Desk Agent using SME Payroll (strong asset)
Easily make connections and have an analytical insight
Speak fluently Dutch, French, and English
Be communicative, handson and customer focused
Be a true team player that is flexible and eager to learn
Have a decent IT knowledge

Which task can you expect?

Troubleshooting customers' issues regarding the use, maintenance, and management of the different packages (SME Payroll, HRSS, eDox, Dimona, LOS21, login and authentication issues etc.)
Advising and supporting the internal employees (payroll advisors)
Efficiently supporting products & processes
Documenting and reporting on problems
In consultation with your colleagues, formulating your suggestions to internal analysts/specialists of the pay packages
Drafting and maintaining general documentation
