JOB DESCRIPTION:

The main responsibilities and duties of the vendor listing agent:


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Master and manage the pipeline in our CRM platform. Generate and maintain your lead pipeline using a multichannel approach.
  • Use indepth prospecting and qualification techniques to enable a personalised approach to capturing leads. Prospecting and creating new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the pipeline on our CRM platform.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Energetic and consistent approach to achieving high performance objectives.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and respond to customer requests.
  • Driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Resident on the Costa del Sol, must be familiar with all areas.

DESIRED SKILLS:


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish, any additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Ability to learn and use new technologies.

EXPERIENCE:


  • More than 2 years experience in real estate and client acquisition is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM software.
On-site work - Not Remote.
