Your main mission will be to ensure a quality remote customer relationship that meets expectations.

  • Management of reservations (modification, cancellation or creation of new reservations)
  • Manage the backoffice of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)
  • Aftersales service (litigation and compensation management)
  • Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)
  • In short, you are a customer advisor, Ambassador of customer satisfaction

  • We offer:
  • Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract


  • Schedule (rotative): Monday

  • Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00
  • Salary: euros gross/year + up to 4.800 euros gross/year

  • Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)

Requirements:


  • Yourself With interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of service
  • Bilingual Flemish/Dutch + fluent in French.
  • We will appreciate you as caring, empathetic, curious and dynamic
  • A good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basis
  • You demonstrate good oral and written expression.
  • You demonstrate an ability to adapt.
  • You must be IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.
  • Previous experience as a travel agent is an asset and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
