Energy Nordic is actively seeking a full-time Customer Service agent to join our dynamic team. If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you

  • Proficiency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian to support our expanding customer base in these languages.

Tasks

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and callhandling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:


  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Fluent English is a must written and verbal
  • Scandinavian language.
  • Eager to learn with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team in a busy environment
