    Site Manager

    Lambda Executive, firma de headhunting centrada en nichos técnicos y perfiles C-level, está buscando un Site Manager para uno de nuestros clientes en el sector de industria/ingeniería. Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional con al menos 10 años de experiencia en liderazgo de equipos para desempeñar este papel clave en una empresa líder sector industrial.

    Descripción del trabajo:

    Como Site Manager, serás responsable de supervisar todas las operaciones de la delegación, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y seguridad. Se espera que lideres y desarrolles un equipo de trabajo altamente efectivo y multidisciplinar, gestionando eficazmente los recursos y garantizando la optimización de los procesos.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Liderar y supervisar todas las operaciones del site.
    • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
    • Desarrollar y gestionar un equipo de trabajo altamente efectivo.
    • Optimizar los procesos y gestionar eficazmente los recursos.
    • Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con clientes, proveedores, partners y equipos internos.
    • Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
    • Controlar y optimizar la gestión económica financiera del site.

    Requisitos:

    • 10 años de experiencia en puestos de liderazgo en el sector de industria/ingeniería.
    • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y desarrollar equipos.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para gestionar las relaciones interpersonales.
    • Capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
