Start your career development and become Tetra Pak's next Future Talent We are looking for highly motivated new graduates to join us in 2023
Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2023 at our site in Spain - Sevilla.

You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in training and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world.

And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career

You will be based in Spain - Sevilla, but you will work in a global arena.


What you will do:


As our Quality Engineer, you will:

  • Monitor compliance to Tetra Pak quality related standards and specification
  • Identify priorities from Quality results analysis, on defect wastes and Tis with relevant Pillars
  • Handle and analyze quality defects and claims improving KPI indicators related to customers' issue and internal non
- conformities

  • Quality system management: Particiapte in the ISO9000/ISO14000/BRC/Iop system built up and maintain: Implementation of Factory Process Control. Includes SPC and Computer Data Acquisition System. Analysis the data on time and come up with the improvement suggestion.
  • Followupup decision for products in Quarantine
  • Participate to internal and external audits
  • Implement and transfer to production when relevant, Tetra Pak new quality standards, processes, or quality related investments
  • Prepare quality related training material to operators and controllers, lab technicians
  • Drive/Participate to internal/external benchmarking
  • Ensure proper and good reporting in proper tools and channels or DMS, and to manager
  • Actively promote WCM mindset within factory employees towards 0 losses mindset
  • Be QM pillar member
  • Prepare and actively participated in quarterly WCM audits.
  • Participate to 5W&1H,4M, 5Whys and ABC analysis
  • Could use quality tools if needed
  • Secure raw material conformity

We believe you have:


  • Graduate Engineering Degree (4 years)in industrial engineering, mechanics, electronics, automation engineering and other similar areas.
  • Just graduate or a maximum of two years of experience after the graduation
  • Familiar with ISO9001/ ISO14001/ BRC/ ISO22000/ OHSAS18001 system; SPC, TQM, TPM or WCM related knmowledge is considered a merit
  • Exceptional courage to quality commitment with high personal drive to performance.
  • Demonstrate leadership to lead and motivate teams that do not directly report to you.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to listen and influence others.
  • Fluent English
