    The role and candidate we are looking for Primary Position Objectives The data engineering and reporting analyst will play a key part in our purpose to generate business value through customer insights


    They will:
    Manage the data model and data flows from a CCS Customer Insights perspective.
    Enable new data sources.
    Contribute to the team with reporting, analytics, customer insights. Key responsibilities Build, maintain and improve Power BI data models.
    Work with data and tech team to define, maintain and improve ETL data flows.
    Become a subject matter expert in the team on the Straumann data infrastructure and data mesh.
    Contribute to the team with reporting, analytics, customer insights.
    Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve business outcomes using data. Your profile Experience of building and maintaining ETL data flows, particularly using AWS and Azure.
    Commercial experience (2 years +) of building reporting and analytics products using Power BI or similar tools.
    Experience of working with stakeholders to define requirements, build analytics and to get customer insights from data.
    Able to work in a matrix environment, balancing the needs of different stakeholders.

    Your skills Ability to use ETL tools, to get data from data warehouses into reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI.SQL, DAX and data modelling in the PBI Query Editor (or similar tools).Understanding of the principles of data modeling and how to build data structures and relationships that model business scenarios and requirements.

    Reporting and visualization using PBI or similar tools.
    Quick to learn, able to think of innovative technical and business solutions.
    Able to work with technical development teams and business teams.
