:Job Overview
The Wealth Management Team Leader is responsible for organizing and ensuring the smooth functioning of their team, with the guidance and directives from the Head of Wealth Management & Private Banking. They also provide assistance and support to the Relationship Managers in managing existing clients and acquiring new ones.
Moreover, when directly handling clients, they take on the role of a Relationship Manager as per the job description.
Wealth Management Team Leaders need to collaborate with executives from other areas and divisions of the bank to provide their team's clients with the appropriate capabilities, products, and services offered by Deutsche Bank based on their investment profile and risk tolerance. The team of Relationship Managers relies on this figure. Depending on service requirements, the Team Leader delegates tasks among their team.
