    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our success with a focus on B2B clients in the consumer goods and life sciences industries through email and online marketing.

    The marketing specialist will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, increasing our reach and improving our position with clients as well as with candidates. They will also use data and reports to measure the effectiveness of these efforts, as part of Grapefrute's goals of continuous improvement.

    This position requires fluency in English and the ability to tailor marketing efforts to the European market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. B2B Marketing:

    • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads within the European market
    • Collaborate with leadership to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our B2B audience
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

    2. Email Marketing:

    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, and drive conversions
    • Develop segmented email lists and personalized content for effective communication
    • Monitor and optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics

    3. Online Marketing:

    • Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to maximize brand exposure and lead generation
    • Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling online marketing materials
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in online marketing

    4. Recruitment Marketing:

    • Spearhead recruitment marketing and visibility initiatives to attract top talent in the European market
    • Collaborate with the recruiting team and management to create engaging employer branding content for various platforms
    • Utilize social media and professional networks to connect with potential candidates

    5. Marketing Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness
    • Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement
    • Present findings and recommendations to the management

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Proven experience in marketing, email marketing, and online marketing, preferably for multiple European countries
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to work independently, proactively and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
    • Experience in B2B marketing is an advantage
    • Familiarity with recruitment marketing is a plus
    • Experience with Salesforce and Mailerlite are an advantage
