    Job Description

    Are you ready to embark on a new adventure with Bosch Service Solutions, where you will join a dynamic team in a stable and inclusive environment with plenty of opportunities for career growth?

    You will be part of Bosch Service Solutions new project kick-start in 2024 and play a key role in its launching in Barcelona.

    Key Languages

    C2 or full professional level of Danish / Dansk.

    Professional level of English will be a big plus, training is in English.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
    • Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving client's queries, and explaining company policies
    • Assist customers through various digital channels, reaching out to them if necessary
    • Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases
    • Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments
    • Become the best brand ambassador, and provide an outstanding service to clients.

    Qualifications

    Core Skills/experience

    • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • People Person – you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
    • Tech savvy and analytical

    4. Contract Stability: Get a permanent contract from day zero. Starting date is 12/02/2024.
    5. Financial Relocation Support: For candidates not based in Barcelona, we understand the challenges of relocation. Eligible candidates may receive a financial relocation package to partially co-share the costs incurred during the move. (Terms and conditions apply).
    6. Opportunity for hybrid working after 6 months and work abroad within the EU for up to 15 days per year.
    7. Competitive Salary: During the recruitment process, we'll discuss compensation details. Total salary is 22.046€ gross per year.
