Customer Support Agent - Hybrid - Barcelona

We are hiring at Telematel for a Customer Support Agent to join our team


An entry-level position within Telematel's Customer Care team is on offer, for a graduate with some experience in customer care, business support or business administration to join our team.

You will act as a liaison between the company and our customers to deliver an exceptional experience to all our users who use Telematel products and software solutions.

You will collaborate using Telematel solutions documentation, manuals and training content to improve and ensure that our customers get the most out of our products and services.

About you:


  • Having a higher degree, diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a similar discipline is essential
  • You will be looking for an entry level position within a software technology company and looking to take your first steps in a customer service team where you will learn your trade within an experienced team in Barcelona
  • Previous experience in a customer service or similar environment is desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting or finance would be an advantage
  • You like people and care about their success
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, extremely organised, detail oriented and deadline oriented
  • You don't let the little things slip through your fingers
  • Effective and engaging communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential
  • Fluency in English is a plus
  • Must be legally authorised to work in Spain
