    Lead Project Manager, Project / Program Management (Engineering)

    About the Role:

    Analog Devices' Instrumentation business unit is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the development of next-generation ATE Pin Electronics, DPS, ASSPs, as well as High Voltage, Precision, and MEMs Switches. The selected candidate will lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives that align with customer needs and company objectives.
    • Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to support project success.
    • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address any deviations from plans promptly.
    • Facilitate communication among team members and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
    • Ensure project compliance with internal and industry standards.
    • Promote continuous improvement by applying lessons learned to future projects.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Master's degree or PMI certification is a plus).
    • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, preferably in silicon development or electronics systems design.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with multi-site development is desirable.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration.
    • Strategic decision-making and innovation in problem-solving.
